SHIPPING POLICY

At SIKA, we are excited to deliver our latest collection of kids' wear right to your doorstep. Below you will find all the details regarding our shipping locations, timelines, and costs.

 

1. Delivery Timelines

 

We work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please note that our delivery times are calculated in Working Days.

Important: Working days are Saturday through Thursday. Fridays and Official Public Holidays are not considered working days.

  • Cairo & Giza: Orders are delivered within 7 Working Days from the date of order confirmation.

  • Rest of Egypt: Orders to all other governorates are delivered within 10 Working Days from the date of order confirmation.

Please note: During high-volume periods (such as Black Friday, Eid, or major sales), delivery times may be slightly longer.

 

2. Shipping Fees

 

Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

 

3. Order Processing & Tracking

 

  • Confirmation: Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email/SMS containing your order details.

  • Processing: We typically process and pack orders within [1-2] days. This processing time is included in the total delivery estimates listed above.

  • Tracking: Once your order is with the courier, you may receive a notification with a tracking number or a link to follow your shipment.

 

4. Delivery Attempts

 

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package to the address provided. Please ensure your phone number is active and correct, as the courier may call you to coordinate the delivery time.

If you are unavailable to receive the package, the courier will typically try again on the next working day. After [Number] failed attempts, the order may be returned to our warehouse.

 

5. Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

 

Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. SIKA is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

 

6. Damaged or Missing Items

 

If your package arrives damaged or if items are missing, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue immediately.
