REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
At SIKA, we want you to love the outfits you choose for your little ones. If something isn’t quite right—whether it’s the size, fit, or style—we are here to help.
1. The 14-Day Return Window
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. If 14 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it. This means the item must be:

Unworn and Unwashed: No signs of wear, stains, or odors.

Original Packaging: Returned in the original clear bag/packaging.

Tags Attached: All SIKA brand tags and sizing labels must be intact and attached.
Please Note: We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item does not meet these conditions. In such cases, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Underwear or socks.

Swimwear (unless the hygiene sticker is intact).

Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."
4. Delivery Fees & Return Costs

Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial delivery will be deducted from your total.

Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to return the item to our warehouse.

Option A: You can arrange the return yourself.

Option B: We can send a courier to pick up the return item. The courier fee for the pick-up will be deducted from your final refund amount.

5. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

Provide your Order Number and the reason for the return.

We will arrange for a courier to pick up the package or provide you with the address to send it back.
6. Refunds Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our team:

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed.

Credit Card Orders: The amount will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (this may take 5-10 business days depending on your bank).

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders are typically processed via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash/E-Wallet. Please provide your details when requesting the return.

7. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective item or the wrong product, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours). In this specific case, SIKA will cover all shipping costs (both delivery and return) to resolve the issue.
